Traditional shelf renovation
The traditional warehouse's ordinary shelf management mode is extensive, with various materials placed haphazardly, low manual picking efficiency, high risk of material errors, lack of material traceability and real-time inventory control, and cannot meet the lean requirements of precision electronic production. Based on the original shelf structure, modular upgrading and transformation will be carried out, including the installation of PTL lighting labels, RGB lighting picking light sources, Bluetooth wireless modules, anti-static and intelligent control systems, and the configuration of WMS systems or integration with MES systems, which will be transformed into intelligent material racks. After the transformation, precise material positioning, fast picking, error prevention during loading, first in first out management, and linkage with warehousing and production systems are achieved, realizing inventory visualization and full process traceability of materials, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and assisting in the intelligent upgrading of factory warehousing.
