Recently, Honghui Kuaicang Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. officially signed a deep cooperation agreement with a well-known electronics enterprise in Shenzhen. The two parties will work together to create a one-stop intelligent warehousing benchmark project, integrating intelligent warehousing equipment, industrial robots, IoT systems, and AI scheduling technology to help the electronics enterprise achieve full process automation and digital management of warehousing.

It is reported that as a backbone enterprise in the electronic manufacturing field of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, this electronic enterprise has previously faced problems such as a large number of SKUs in storage, fast order turnover, high manual picking error rate, and chaotic inventory management, which seriously affect production efficiency and customer satisfaction. After multiple rounds of investigation and comparison, Honghui Express Warehouse was ultimately chosen as the partner, with a focus on the company's system integration capabilities, localized service advantages, and rich industry practical experience.

In this collaborative project, Honghui Fast Warehouse will provide customized solutions for the enterprise, covering 7/13 inch mixed placement sensor shelves, Tray/DIP material sensor shelves, intelligent AGV handling robots, WMS intelligent warehouse management system, and IoT monitoring modules, realizing unmanned operations throughout the entire process from warehousing, storage, picking, sorting to outbound. It is expected to increase picking efficiency by four times, reduce error rates to below 0.01%, and reduce comprehensive operating costs by 20%.

The person in charge of Honghui Express Warehouse stated that this cooperation is an important breakthrough for the company to deeply cultivate the field of electronic manufacturing, and will become a benchmark project for intelligent warehousing in the electronics industry in the region.
